How quickly will my order ship and when should I expect to receive it?

Order processing and shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Standard orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business day from our warehouse in Missouri. Please allow 5-8 business days for standard shipping. Expedited orders placed by 12:00pm CST will ship the same day. More details on our Shipping Policy can be found below.

Please expect delays during the busy holiday season, we apologize in advance for any delays.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and most debit cards.


When do you charge my credit card?

We authorize and charge your credit card as soon as you place your order. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We’re not responsible for any errors from your end, including typographical errors.


Our standard and expedited shipments are delivered by FedEx.

Our two-day shipping options for eligible items depends on the destination. The shipping fee may vary by destination and the size of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States only. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Can I return my product for a refund or an exchange?

Yes! We are committed to making you happy with our products. We will happily accept any unused, unworn, and undamaged goods for exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with our products. You have 30 days after delivery to return your item(s).


How do I contact Shop Beer Gear so I can return my Item(s)?

Please contact Shop Beer Gear’s customer service team using our ‘Contact Us Form’.

You will need to include some order details to make your return/exchange process as easy as possible:

  • Name used for purchase
  • Order number – Example: SBG123456
  • Postal code of the billing address
  • Reason for return/exchange


Do I provide a return label?

If you wish to return any items, customers will be responsible for shipping the item(s) at their own expense. It is recommended that the customer takes the necessary precautions by using a traceable service when returning the package to ensure it arrives to our team at this address:

What If I received the wrong order/incorrect item?

It is our top priority that our team is accurate when it comes to your order. If you receive an order that is incorrect, please reach out to our team. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will send you a return label for incorrect orders. Your correct order will be shipped as soon as possible.


What if I receive a defective item?

We've got you covered! Please contact us with a photo of the defects within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product(s) is out-of-stock, it may be replaced by an item that is of the same or lesser value.


Is there a warranty on LEDs?

If you order one of our products within 30 days and it stops working or becomes faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge. This does not include scratches or accidental damage caused by typical use. After 30 days please reach out to our team so we can see how we can further assist you.


How can I make changes to my SBG order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it’s been placed. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the status of your order — we’ll be happy to adjust certain customer and shipping information if the order has not been processed

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.


It has been a few weeks since my order was shipped, I am afraid that my order has been lost.

Please let us know within 30 days of purchase if your order still has not been delivered. We would be happy to follow up and investigate your order for you. If it is beyond 30 days or your order includes a pre-order item please reach out to our team to see how we can further assist you.

Are you going to send me a bunch of marketing stuff now?

Not unless you opt in when you place an order.



The risk of loss and title to products in the order pass to you upon our delivery of such products to the carrier.

Please note that we do not take title to the returned products or products that you are looking to exchange until it reaches our facility and you have the risk of loss and title to such products until it reaches us.
