Can I return my product for a refund or an exchange?

Yes! We are committed to making you happy with our products. We will happily accept any unused, unworn, and undamaged goods for exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with our products. You have 30 days after delivery to return your item(s). Refunds will be issued to the card used for purchase.

What If I received the wrong order/incorrect item?

It is our top priority that our team is accurate when it comes to your order. If you receive an order that is incorrect, please reach out to our team. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will send you a return label for incorrect orders. Your correct order will be shipped as soon as possible.

What if I receive a defective item?

We've got you covered! Please contact us with a photo of the defects within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product(s) is out-of-stock, it may be replaced by an item that is of the same or lesser value.

Is there a warranty on LEDs?

If you order one of our products within 30 days and it stops working or becomes faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge. This does not include scratches or accidental damage caused by typical use. After 30 days please reach out to our team so we can see how we can further assist you.

How can I make changes to my SBG order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it’s been placed. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the status of your order — we’ll be happy to adjust certain customer and shipping information if the order has not been processed

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.

It has been a few weeks since my order was shipped, I am afraid that my order has been lost.
